Lately

Finally another exchange post on the latest happenings since Austria. I had 3 weeks of holidays after coming back from Austria and it was very chilled and relaxed; just meeting with friends and doing a bit more blogging:) one of my host brothers is now in Brazil for an exchange year and my oldest host brother was on holidays (he is now back at home) so there wasn't so many people in the house in the first 2 weeks but the last week and this past week it has been a lot busier. We had a few barbecue evenings and my host family had the grandparents over for tea and so on. My host family also has a family friend staying here (for a month longer now) as he is doing an internship at the hospital nearby. The weather has been in the 30's lately and I'm loving it!! Definitely not typical German weather and in September it is supposed to be even better:)

So far I have been back at school for 3 days in the 11th class. I didn't receive my own timetable yet so I have been with a friend in her classes but it has been really great and I have decided that my favourite subject is German. It is really interesting learning about the history of German literature. By Tuesday next week I should have my own classes and I can't wait for that. 

In the next few weeks I have organised to travel to Brussels for fun and also to Munich for octoberfest. Nothing much else is happening other than that this month and also my birthday on Monday ! My parents sent me a small gift but I can't open it yet （＾_＾）
